Professional Legal Services
With Options & Flexibility to Meet Your Needs
Initial Consultation: Review and analysis of court documents and your current legal situation. Insight given into the legal process, advice on options available to you and recommendations regarding your future course of action. Consultations may be in person, over the telephone, secure online video conferencing or by email exchanges. Scope of further legal assistance, if needed, will be discussed during the consultation.
Unbundled Legal Help: Legal services provided for difficult parts of your case on an hourly basis to help keep costs down.
Extended Consultation: Consultation regarding your situation and legal proceedings on an as needed basis while your case progresses. Legal services are billed at the attorney’s regular hourly rate and are paid at the time services are rendered.
Limited Representation: Assistance with drafting legal documents and advice on proceeding in the case while representing yourself (pro se). With limited representation, the Firm does not enter its appearance in the legal proceedings as your attorney, but you have the peace of mind in knowing the Firm will be available to undertake legal representation in your case if it becomes necessary. Legal services are billed at the attorney’s regular hourly rate and are paid as the time services are rendered.
Limited Appearance: Legal assistance and representation for the purpose of a single event – for example: a court hearing to contest jurisdiction, protection or restraining order, prosecution or defense of contempt proceedings (civil only); negotiations; settlement conference; mediation session; or similar limited legal representation and involvement directly in your case. The Firm may need to enter its appearance in the legal proceedings to provide the requested services and will withdraw after the services have been completed. A retainer is required that must to be replenished as fees and expenses are drawn against or paid from the retainer fund.
Full Representation: The Firm will enter its appearance as your legal counsel in the legal proceedings, or will initiate the case on your behalf, and provide legal services on an ongoing basis until the case is resolved in the trial court. Appellate representation is available as a separate matter. A retainer is required that must to be replenished as fees and expenses are drawn against or paid from the retainer fund.
