This Policy applies to Brett W. Martin, P.C., doing business under the trade name Martin Law Firm, its employees and agents: the “Firm”.

The Firm may use the information visitors provide to us by use of this website, the “Contact Us” form, email communication or other contact visitors have with us to respond to inquiries or communicate with the visitor or persons the visitor specifies.

The Firm does not share information with marketers and does not reveal client names, email addresses, or other information clients provide to us with any person outside of the Firm without the client’s permission.

Information obtained from the use of this website or otherwise obtained by the Firm may be released to law enforcement, courts or other authorized persons if the Firm is compelled to release the information under subpoena or other lawful order of a court having jurisdiction and no legal privilege against disclosure is available.  Information may also be released to prevent fraud, illegal activity or when permitted or required by applicable rules of legal ethics.
